"Turkey has summoned the US charge d'affaires in Ankara over Washington's arming and training of Kurdish forces in Syria."
"The summoning came following reports that US troops had begun to provide military training to some 400 YPG members."
"Turkey is wary of the presence of Kurdish militants close to its borders in Syria, and has been opposed to US efforts to train and arm them in the Arab country. This article is from the Iranian government owned media company Press TV. The article points out that since 2016 Turkey has been pushing south into Syria without Syrian government's permission.
The other thing this article points out is that President Erdogan of Turkey is claiming the CIA and FBI are working to undermine Ankara.

Turkish lawmakers pass first reading of constitutional amendments "The system, also known as executive presidency, will allow the president to serve two five-year tenures. Erdogan could thus end up staying in office for two more terms until 2029, with the next elections scheduled for 2019."
