"Iran's President Hassan Rouhani says the Iranian people will deal with a "small and minority group" of rioters and lawbreakers exploiting the protests against economic conditions in a number of Iranian cities in recent days."
"The Iranian chief executive emphasized that the enemies of Iran could not tolerate the country's achievements in the diplomatic arena, particularly in the confrontation with the US and the Israeli regime, and some of them had explicitly threatened that they would take regional problems into Tehran."

By Alastair CROOKE - strategic-culture.org:
"What have the tensions between the US and North Korea, Iran and Russia in common? Answer: It is that they are components to a wider financial war. Russia and Iran (together with China) happen to be the three key players shaping a huge (almost half the global population) alternative currency zone. The North Korean issue is important as it potentially may precipitate the US – depending on events – towards a more aggressive policy toward China (whether out of anger at Chinese hesitations over Korea, or as part and parcel of the US Administration’s desire to clip China’s trading wings)."
"So the bigger question, if Trump does pursue an economic ‘containment of China’ strategy – and China and allies respond – is what will be the effect on ‘risk free’ US Treasury values in the wake of a major segment of the global economy going its own way? And what too, will be the ability of the US government then to finance its debt at its current, and growing, levels? Matters to ponder, perhaps. "

"The US State Department has issued a formal condemnation of the Iranian government following two days of economic protests centering in a handful of cities, calling the regime "a rogue state whose chief exports are violence, bloodshed, and chaos" while announcing support for protesters. It fits a familiar script which seems to roll out when anyone protests for any reason in a country considered an enemy of the United States (whether over economic grievances or full on calling for government overthrow)."
"The statement by spokesperson Heather Nauert, released late on Friday, further comes very close to calling for regime change in Iran when it asserts the following:"
"On June 14, 2017, Secratary Tillerson testified to Congress that he supports "those elements inside Iran that would lead to a peaceful transition of government. Those elements are there, certainkly as we know it. " The Secratary today repeats his deep support for the Iranian people."

There are many points one could talk about in this article. Obvisouly, not everyone in Iran is happy with how things are going. Looks like there is plenty of blame to go around yet, there clearly are victums.
One thing to keep in mind is this:
After Khamenei is removed from power
his kingdom is to be split into at least two.
A leader from Egypt seems to be the king
of the south and one of his princes seems
to be the new king of the north.
Since Egypt is more US friendly, maybe
this is an attempt to stablize the region
with stronger US freindly ties.
Are we seeing a manipulation to prepare the people for a leadership change?
"Some of this week's protests were directed against financial scandals linked to unauthorised lending institutions which collapsed with the loss of hundreds of thousands of accounts."
""The enemy wants once again to create a new plot and use social media and economic issues to foment a new sedition," Ayatollah Mohsen Araki told a crowd in Tehran, according to the conservative Fars news agency."
""We urge all those who receive these calls to protest not to participate in these illegal gatherings as they will create problems for themselves and other citizens," said Interior Minister Abdolrahman Rahmani Fazli. "

"Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi has denounced US officials' "duplicitous and opportunist" support for recent gatherings in protest against economic conditions in some Iranian cities."
""The great Iranian nation regards the opportunist and duplicitous support of the American officials for certain gatherings over the recent days in some Iranian cities as nothing but [part of] the deceit and hypocrisy of the US administration," Qassemi said on Saturday."
"The Iranian spokesperson pointed to nearly 70 years of interference of different US administrations in the Islamic Republic's internal affairs and said, "US officials are not in a position to sympathize with the great and wise Iranian nation.""

"Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has slammed the US as one of the world’s “most corrupt” governments, saying Washington continues supporting Daesh, other Takfiri terrorists and authoritarian regimes in the region."
"“The US, which is one of the most corrupt and oppressive governments in the world, is our main enemy. They supported terrorists and Daesh as much as they could; they are still covertly assisting Daesh and the Takfiris,” the Leader said at a Wednesday meeting with a group of Iranian officials in Tehran."
"The US provides support for dictatorial regimes in the region, including the Al Saud dynasty, and the governments which are committing crimes against Yemen and Palestine, the Leader added."

A king (President) is to become
higher than Khamenei
Watch Erdogan! He's becoming very powerful in Turkey. Turkish lawmakers pass first reading of constitutional amendments "The system, also known as executive presidency, will allow the president to serve two five-year tenures. Erdogan could thus end up staying in office for two more terms until 2029, with the next elections scheduled for 2019."
