What we are watching for is Iran and another country
(which looks to be Turkey) to push to the west, north
and south. In early 2016 Iran and Turkey were supporting
opposite sides in the Syrian war while also claiming to be
fighting the common foe often referred to as ISIS
(or Daesh).
It has been so interesting to see How Iran and Turkey
have come to unite much more closely.
We can much more easily see Iran and Turkey pushing
to the west, north, and south.

Turkey deploys troops to its military base in Qatar
"Turkey has announced the deployment of soldiers to its first overseas military base, which has been set up in Qatar."
"Davutoglu claimed that the base was not intended for any specific operation but was a “presence for stability.”
He said the security of Turkey and Qatar are intertwined, and that Turkey faces the same “threats” as Qatar.
“I can tell you now that the security and stability of Qatar is like the security and stability of Turkey. We want a stable and secure [Persian] Gulf. Turkey and Qatar, we have the same destiny,” he added. “We face the same threats.”"

"This is not the first time Turkey has been implicated in the sales of looted historical artifacts. According to documents recently revealed by the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG), Daesh is widely engaged in the act of smuggling artifacts into Turkey.
After entering a tunnel abandoned by Daesh in the Syrian province of Hasakah, Kurdish forces found archeological relics along with a letter addressed to Takfiri border sentries.
"To the brother responsible for the border, please assist the passage of brother Hussein Hania Sarira through your post along with the man from Turkey – the artifacts trader, for the purpose of working with us,” it read."

Turkish lawmakers pass first reading of constitutional amendments "The system, also known as executive presidency, will allow the president to serve two five-year tenures.
