2/10/2023 - Is Revelation 16:12 soon to be fulfilled by the EUPHRATES River's lower level?

The prophecy of the Euphates drying up in Revelation 16:12 happens during the time of the eighth king. We are on the fourth king, Ayatollah Khamenei. The first four kings ruled for 97 years and as of 2023 still counting. Will the last four kings rule for that long? My guess is no. The seventh king only rules for a few days (See Daniel 11:20 and Revelation 17:10). My guess is... the fifth king will be out by 2032. I strongly feel the sixth king is in power before 2033. 2033 is my guess as to about the time the mark of the beast is setup and the sixth king is in power when that happens. My guess is... some years after the sixth king is in power, the prophecy of Daniel 11:18-19 will be fulfilled regarding the sixth king suddenly not being heard from when he is on his way back to his fortress. My guess is the eight king won't be in power until 2040. Even then, the eighth king seems to have some time... perhaps years before he gets the power, seat, and authority of Satan. From that point, we are about 7 years to the return of Christ in power and glory. It's about 3.5 years before the return of Christ in power and glory that the prophecy about the Euphates is fulfilled.
